How to collect assets from File Server and Database

Solution:

a) In Search Result Palette, please add the column 'File Path'

b) Check the location of QuarkXPress project and article attached to it in the File Path column

c) Collect these files from file server, at the same time collect QPS database folder from QPS Server

Note: Assets from file server and database folder should always be collected at the same time, so that references of same assets should be properly available in database.
