Archive Fails for Certain Files in Quark Publishing System (QPS) 7 and 8

In the case related to this solution, the naming conventions for the QPS site included special characters (such as '/') and blank spaces at the beginning of the file names. This will prevent the archive from finding the correct path to the file that is to be archived.

Remove any spaces or special characters used in the file name. If a file does not archive even after these changes have been made, verify if any of the revisions of that file contained any special characters. If yes, then perform an Archive of the current revision (only) and not all revisions for that asset.
