Error ''The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request''

To run QPS Server through the QPS Console window, follow these steps:

1. Run the Uninstaller from the installed folder location of QPS.
2. Drag the entire QPS folder to the trash.
3. Reinstall QPS into a folder that is not named using the '#' character.

Background:
Certain special characters cannot be used for folder names where QPS Server is installed. In this particular case, the path information to the folder contained a “#” sign in the name. If you do this, then you can only run QPS Server through the Command Line option.
