Performing an express check-in of a checked-out asset

If you’ve checked out an asset in Quark Publishing System (QPS), and you want to check it back in without changing or updating the header information for that asset, hold down the Option/Alt key and click the Check In icon in the Query palette. This suppresses the Check In dialog box and checks in the asset instantly.
