Context Menus and Spell-Checking in macOS X

This is a function of the macOS and cannot be turned off. If a Cocoa -based application, such as QPS 7 and 8, Text Edit, or Safari, is running, the spell-checking feature will behave in the same way. The spell check feature does not operate in the same manner in Carbon applications, such as QuarkXPress 7 and 8 and QuarkCopyDesk.
