Error- USER_NOT_LOGGED_ON while login to QPP from QPP Connect Client using Automation Server

Affects - QPP 9 & 10, Windows Server

Solution



1. Navigate to C:>Program Files (x86)> Quark > Automation Services- Server > AutomationServices_Data >Resources >Configuration and Open the file named as AutomationServices.Server.config and search for the following tags:

<entry key='server'>localhost</entry>



2. Mention the IP address or machine name of QPP Server in place of localhost. And enter the same value in login window of QPP client.



3. Please make sure you mention the same value at the above mentioned two locations.
