Error ''java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space'' While Starting Up Quark Publishing System (QPS) Server

To resolve this memory issue:

1. Add the following entry to the ServerStartup.bat (Windows) or ServerStartup.command (Mac) file located in the QPS Server Folder:
   
   -XX:MaxPermSize=128m
2. Start the QPS Server using the ServerStartup.bat/ServerStartup.command.
