When you attach a Job Jacket to the Publication or Sections in QPS Connect Client, the Job jackets files are saved in the QPSinstalldir/Jobjacket folder. If the Job Jacket is not found in that location. the new QPS installation cannot reference the content or attributes of assets referred to in the Oracle database.
Copy the Job Jacket files from your previous QPS installation to the new location: QPSinstalldir/JobJacket.
