How to Assign Text and Picture Boxes as an Article in Quark Publishing System (QPS)

To assign an article that contains both text and picture boxes, follow these steps:

1. Log into the QPS Server from QuarkXPress.
2. Go to QPS > New Search Results Palette.
3. Select the text and picture boxes you want included in the assigned article.
4. Click on the Assign button in the Search Results palette (the first icon of the Search palette).

You will be prompted to check in the article containing both types of boxes.
